1. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship nationwide within the United States from our fulfillment center in Texas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Times:

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options:

    Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

    Express Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders—check our website for current promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages:

    If your package is delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us.

    If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

    Aelha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed shipments. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier when possible.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications:

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    Address changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@Aelhausa.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

9. Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once a purchase is completed..
